Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Qevra.app. By listing a site, calling the API, buying an ad, or browsing the directory, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refunds, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Qevra.

1. The service

Qevra is a public website directory. List only is $2. $10 lists the site and runs a week on every dofollow page. You get a public page and a dofollow outbound link after payment. Short ads are $7 for one homepage week, $10 for one week on every dofollow page, and $25 for two weeks on every dofollow page. Qevra is not a search-engine ranking service.

2. Listings

You must own or be authorized to list the URL. You grant us a license to fetch public metadata and to display your name, tagline, description, favicon, and link. We email listing confirmation from support@fivetoclose.cloud. If you opt in, we also send board notes and an alert when someone puts a labeled Ad on your listing page. We may refuse, edit, or remove listings that are illegal, spam, malware, adult content we choose not to host, deceptive, or abusive. Duplicate hosts may be merged. We may rate-limit the API. A listing does not include exclusive control of that page. Other people, including competitors, may buy labeled advertising on listing pages as described below.

3. Two advertising products

Qevra sells two separate ad products. Both are labeled “Ad.” Neither includes a promised number of impressions, clicks, Domain Rating, rankings, traffic, or revenue. Placement is on qevra.app only. If you buy an ad, we count outbound clicks on that labeled Ad and email you a report the next day from support@fivetoclose.cloud. That report is a count. It is not a promise of traffic, rankings, or sales.

Homepage ad. Opening price $39.99. One purchase fills the header slot and the middle homepage slot. It does not appear on /s/{slug} listing pages. Buy it at /advertise#home-ad. Card, X Money, and crypto are one-time prepaid payments, not a new Stripe subscription. The ad stays at least 30 days, or until someone pays $1 more than the current holder and takes both spots. Re-buy before the 30 days expire to add another 30 days to the same seat. There is no refund if you are outbid. The next buyer pays the live price shown at checkout, which is $1 above the current holder. We email a reminder starting 5 days before expiry.

Listing-page ad. A labeled Ad on every listing page at /s/{slug} for at least 30 days. 1000+ dofollow pages. Buy it at /advertise or on any listing page. Up to 5 ads can run at once. It does not appear on the homepage. Buying this ad does not list you as the owner of any page, does not replace any listing, and does not give you that site's dofollow listing link. The first 30-day seat is $49.99. Each new buy is $1 more than the last paid listing-page ad. You can buy anytime. If a seat is open, the ad goes live now. If all 5 seats are running, the new ad starts when a seat opens, in the order purchased. To keep the same seat another 30 days, buy again before the current period ends. A re-buy before expiry extends that seat. It does not add a second seat. If the period ends with no re-buy, the seat opens. We email a reminder starting 5 days before expiry, with a link to re-buy. A Stripe subscription already running for a listing-page ad before September 9, 2026 is honored through its paid period and counts as one of the 5 seats. That holder can also re-buy before expiry to keep the seat. That existing subscription is not converted into a homepage ad and is not refunded because placement now covers every listing page.

The two products are not interchangeable. Paying for the homepage ad does not put you on listing pages. Paying for the listing-page ad does not put you on the homepage. If you want both, you buy both.

4. Billing and cancellation

New homepage and listing-page ads are one-time prepaid (card via Stripe Checkout, X Money to @MarkZofMarkZ, or crypto on Solana, Bitcoin, or Ethereum). They do not auto-renew. X Money ads do not go live when the buyer taps I sent it. They go live only after we confirm the payment arrived on @MarkZofMarkZ. X does not give Qevra a receipt API, so a claimed X Money send is not proof of payment. Card and crypto are verified by Stripe or the chain. A Stripe subscription already running before September 9, 2026 continues until you cancel from the Stripe receipt or the paid period ends. Canceling that subscription stops the next charge. It does not refund days already served. Ending an ad for breach of these Terms may remove it sooner.

5. Acceptable use

No malware, phishing, stolen content, counterfeit goods, illegal activity, or attempts to attack Qevra. No scraping that degrades the service. Outbound links must match the advertised product. Listing-page ads may promote a competing product. They may not impersonate the listed site, clone its brand, or claim to be the listed operator.

6. Intellectual property

Qevra branding, design, and software remain ours. Your product marks remain yours. The listed site's marks remain theirs. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and your ads.

7. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UPTIME, INDEXING, OR SEO RESULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR THE PRICE OF THE AD YOU BOUGHT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST RANKINGS, BEING OUTBID, OR ADS ON A LISTING YOU DO NOT CONTROL.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify FiveToClose and Qevra against claims arising from your listing, ad, URL, or breach of these Terms, including claims by a listed operator about a competitor ad you purchased on their listing page.

9. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your residence says otherwise. Informal resolution: email support@fivetoclose.cloud and wait 30 days before filing.

10. Changes

We may change the service or these Terms. Continued use after posting is acceptance. Questions: support@fivetoclose.cloud.
