Privacy Policy

Qevra.app (“Qevra,” “we,” “us”) is a product of the brand FiveToClose.cloud. This policy covers the public directory, the submit API, advertising checkout, and related pages.

Contact: support@fivetoclose.cloud. Mail: 2641 Gravois Ave, St Louis, MO 63118. That is the only contact email for Qevra legal and support requests.

1. Information we collect

You provide: site URL, product name, tagline, description, category, and email when you list a site or buy an ad. Support emails you send to support@fivetoclose.cloud.

We fetch: publicly available title, description, and favicon from the URL you submit, solely to build the listing.

Payments: Stripe processes cards. We do not store full card numbers. We store Stripe customer, session, and subscription identifiers, payment status, and the email Stripe returns. For X Money we store the payment note, claimed X handle, and whether we later confirmed the money arrived. X does not give us a payment receipt API.

Automatically: IP address, user agent, timestamps, referring URL, and campaign parameters used to operate, secure, and attribute the service. When someone clicks a labeled Ad, we record the time, which slot or listing page was clicked, and a general region from a country header or browser language. We store a hash of the IP for abuse control. We do not put the IP in the buyer email.

2. How we use information

To publish listings and ads, send listing confirmation from support@fivetoclose.cloud, send board notes and competitor-ad alerts if you opted in, email listing owners a short note about advertising on Qevra, email ad buyers a next-day click count and a re-buy reminder starting 5 days before the ad period ends from support@fivetoclose.cloud, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, send receipts through Stripe, respond to support, keep logs, and comply with law. Reply stop to support@fivetoclose.cloud to end the ad notes. Your listing stays. Listing name, tagline, description, URL, favicon, and category are public. Emails are not shown on listing pages.

3. Sharing

We share data with Stripe (payments), hosting providers, and abuse-prevention or attribution tools. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

4. Retention and security

Listings stay public until removed for abuse or a valid deletion request. Billing records are kept as required for accounting and disputes. We use HTTPS and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.

5. Your rights

Email support@fivetoclose.cloud with subject “Privacy Request” to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify the request.

6. Children

Qevra is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about children.

7. Changes
